Kenroy Dowers

Kenroy Dowers is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic development, investment management, and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Finance Committee at Instiglio since March 2021, Dowers previously held similar roles at Union Bank of Nigeria until May 2022. At Atlas Mara Ltd., Dowers was the Group MD and Head of Strategy and Corporate Development from April 2014 to January 2021, leading M&A activities and fundraising initiatives. Earlier in Dowers' career, significant roles included Global Head at the International Finance Corporation and Senior Investment Officer at the Inter-American Development Bank, with a focus on managing substantial investment portfolios and leading financial projects. Dowers' educational background includes a PhD in Finance and Economics and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo, alongside a BSc in Accounting and Business from the University of the West Indies.
