Maria Del Mar Oyola Valencia is an experienced professional currently serving as an Analyst at Instiglio since July 2022. Previously, Maria held an internship at the Gobernación del Quindío, where project management focused on promoting community tourism and improving the efficiency of cocoa and coffee crops produced by vulnerable community mothers. Additionally, Maria worked as a university assistant professor and research assistant at Universidad de los Andes, contributing to a project on migration and its effects on Colombia's labor market. Maria holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Minor in Public Policies from Universidad de los Andes.
