Maria Margarita Zuleta

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in organic product retail, compliance assistance, and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic body care and environmental products. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and was the owner/manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's background also includes work as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
