Indu Mani serves as the Scientific Lead for Infectious Disease and Content Quality at Instinct Science since March 2024 and has been an Associate Veterinarian at VCA since 2016, having also held the same role at Natick Animal Clinic from 2006 to 2016. Indu is a former Chief Veterinary Officer at VetMedux until February 2024 and completed a fellowship in Bioethics at Harvard Medical School from September 2020 to June 2022. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Science in Infectious Disease Epidemiology from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, alongside two Master's degrees in Animal Welfare and Behavior and Bioethics/Medical Ethics from the University of Pennsylvania and Albany Medical College, respectively. Indu also holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Bioscience and Biotechnology from Drexel University. Indu is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and will soon complete a certificate program in Companion Animal End-of-Life Doula at the University of Vermont.
