Jackie Ramage

Jackie Ramage, MHR, SHRM-CP, is currently the Director of People at Instinct Science, where they champion the belief that exceptional employers prioritize their people. Previously, Jackie held significant roles at VetMedux, including Director of People and Human Resources Manager, where they led HR activities focused on culture and employee relations. Their earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resource Management Specialist with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services and working as a Senior Customer Associate at Anthropologie. Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, further solidifying their expertise in the field.
