Andy Lane

Andy Lane has extensive work experience in various roles within the PR and communications field. Andy started their career in 2002 as a TEFL tutor. Andy then worked as a Sales and Marketing Executive at Callcredit Information Group in 2006. In 2007, they transitioned to a role as a Marketing and Business Development Executive at EAL Awards. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at On Tap Communications Group as a Senior Account Executive and later as an Account Manager. In 2012, they joined The Wriglesworth Consultancy as an Account Manager and later became a Senior Account Manager. In 2014, they moved to Instinctif Partners and progressed through various roles, including Account Director, Associate Director, Director, and Head of Financial and Professional Services. In their current role at Instinctif Partners, they serve as the Deputy Managing Director - Corporate & Campaigns. Additionally, they are a member of the Equity & Inclusion Advisory Council at PRCA since 2022. In their freelance work, they have worked as a Copywriter for various creative agencies, event promoters, and music/lifestyle magazines. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on PR and communications in various sectors such as financial services, property, recruitment, and professional services.

Andy Lane completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2002 to 2006, they attended the University of Leeds and earned a First class BA (Hons) degree in History (International). In 2004 to 2005, Andy participated in an exchange program at Penn State University as part of their studies in History (International). Later, from 2010 to 2012, Andy attended Leeds City College and obtained a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing.
