Mikhail Babitski

Mikhail Babitski is currently the Head of Delivery at Instinctools. Mikhail has over 10 years of experience in software development and management.

Mikhail started their career as a Java Developer at Epam Systems in May 2008. Mikhail then moved to Rodmon Systems in July 2008 where they worked as a Software Engineer and Analyst. In June 2009, they joined EPAM Systems again, this time as a Software Engineering Manager. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating distributed team work in multiple locations, managing 20+ employees in the Media and Entertainment unit, and negotiating and managing new resources on the projects. Mikhail remained in this role until July 2017.

In their current role as Head of Delivery at Instinctools, Mikhail is responsible for leading and managing the software delivery team. Mikhail is also responsible for ensuring that the software delivery process is efficient and effective, and that all software products are delivered on time and within budget.

Mikhail Babitski has a master's degree in physics from Belarusian State University and a PhD in programming from the same school. Mikhail also has certification from Amazon in AWS Technical Professional.
