Siarhei Navatski

Siarhei Navatski is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience at Instinctools Company since September 2008, currently serving as Lead Software Engineer and Head of Go Development. In this role, Siarhei participates in Go development projects, manages the internal Go community, collaborates with Sales & Marketing, and contributes as a technical specialist during presales. Siarhei has also taken the lead on various outsource projects and played a significant role in introducing SPA, Node.js, Microservices, Docker, and modern CI/CD practices. Notably, Siarhei was instrumental in developing the initial AdTech project, establishing a key area of expertise for the company. Previous experience includes positions at EPAM Systems, starting as a Junior Software Engineer and advancing to Senior Software Engineer. Siarhei holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, obtained in 2007.
