Carole Blaringhem

Carole BLARINGHEM currently serves as Directrice déléguée and Responsable pédagogique at USCHOOL - Université Catholique de Lille, where responsibilities include overseeing Master's students in Management of Innovation and Design Thinking, collaborating on course frameworks, recruiting faculty, and maintaining educational relationships with other Master's programs. Additionally, Carole has a long-standing position as an enseignante and Assesseur at Institut Catholique de Lille since 1996, and previously held the role of Directrice adjointe for the Laboratory of Pedagogical Innovation. Carole has also served as Directrice adjointe in charge of pedagogical innovation at HÉMiSF4iRE - Design School, where innovative teaching methods were a focus. Earlier career experience includes leadership roles at the Centre de Gestion du Nord, overseeing a team, managing compliance and financial services for farmers, and providing legal advice and training. Carole holds multiple degrees in private law from universities in Lille and Hauts-de-France.
