Jean-Christophe Normand

Jean-Christophe Normand is the President and Founder of RH-INC, a consultancy specializing in management and HR competencies since March 2014. With extensive experience as a coach and consultant for Companions for Leadership and as a professor in management and leadership at Institut Catholique de Paris, Normand focuses on enhancing leadership and teamwork within organizations. As a CTT Certified Consultant for Barrett Values Centre, Normand employs tools for personal and cultural transformation. Previous roles include consultant and professional coach at Links and internal coach at Nexans France. Normand holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Business & Finance from NEOMA Business School and is pursuing additional studies in theology and religious sciences at Institut Catholique de Paris.
