Juliette Hamroune

Juliette Hamroune is an experienced research engineer with a strong background in genomics and bioinformatics. Currently employed as Ingénieur d'études at Institut Cochin since May 2016, Juliette specializes in sequencing technologies at the GENOM'IC core facility, particularly with the Illumina NextSeq 500 for RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, and ATAC-Seq applications. Prior to this role, Juliette worked as Assistant Engineer at École normale supérieure from February 2013 to April 2016, gaining expertise in high-throughput sequencing and qPCR techniques. Juliette's education includes a Master in Ingénierie de Plateforme from Université Paris Cité, along with advanced degrees in Genetics and Biological Sciences. Internships at prestigious institutions, including the University of Heidelberg and the University of Leicester, further solidified Juliette's foundational skills in genetics research.
