Hervé le Bouëdec

Hervé Le Bouëdec currently serves as the Directeur des ressources humaines at the Institut de Cancérologie de l'Ouest (ICO) since March 2021. Previously, Hervé held the position of Directeur des Ressources Humaines at VYV3 from January 2015 to March 2021, focusing on developing a major conglomerate of social and solidarity economy actors in France. Prior to this, Hervé worked as Directeur des Ressources Humaines at Mutualité Française Anjou Mayenne from February 2011 to December 2014, managing services and facilities in the healthcare sector. Earlier experience includes roles as Responsable RH at ANOVO and Itancia, and Chargé de ressources humaines at Groupama Loire Bretagne. Hervé holds a Master 2 in CAAE from IEMN-IAE (2000-2002) and a Master 1 in Droit des affaires from Université d'Angers (1991-1995).
