Andre Boulanger

Andre Boulanger is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in various executive roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Président du conseil d’administration at Aéroport de Québec inc. since October 2019 and as a member of the board at Fluxys since April 2017, representing Caisse de Dépôt du Québec. Boulanger has been on the board of BonLook and the Institut du cancer de Montréal since December 2010, fulfilling the role of Président at the latter. Previous positions include President of TransÉnergie and President of Distribution at Hydro-Québec, where significant responsibility was held for the management of North America's largest electricity transport network and distribution reliability for millions of clients. Boulanger also held leadership positions at Gaz Métro, demonstrating a strong background in energy and business development. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université Laval and specialized training in corporate governance from McGill University and Ivey Business School.
