Anais Durand is a Research Assistant at the Institut du Cerveau – Paris Brain Institute, focusing on modified temporal discounting in behavioral variant frontotemporal dementia. Previously, Anais interned at UCL’s Wellcome Centre for Human Neuroimaging, analyzing the relationship between serotonin, reward prediction errors, and mood dynamics. Anais began a career in mentorship at Mentu, aiming to inspire students to love reading, and has experience as a sales associate at Lord & Taylor. Anais holds a Master of Science in Neuroscience from Sorbonne Université and UCL, along with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from McGill University, and completed the International Baccalaureate at the International School of Boston.
