Julien Pigeon

Julien Pigeon is a Doctorant at the ICM - Brain & Spine Institute since February 2020, with a focus on neuroscience. Prior to this role, Julien served as a Teacher at Acadomia from April 2018 to May 2020, assisting younger students in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry to prepare for high school exams. Julien's research experience includes internships at ICM, Institut du Fer à Moulin, and Institut de Pharmacologie Moléculaire et Cellulaire, where contributions were made to various projects related to brain development, serotonin signaling, and neuronal circuits. Julien completed a Master of Integrative Biology and Physiology with a specialization in Neuroscience at Sorbonne Université and holds a Health Science Bachelor in Biology from Université Côte d'Azur. A notable nursing internship at Hôpital d'Instruction des Armées Legouest provided practical exposure to patient care and reinforced the significance of scientific research in medicine.
