Hugo Le Picard, PhD, is a Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer at Get Clone since September 2023. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at the Center for Energy within Ifri - Institut français des relations internationales since April 2018, Hugo Le Picard focuses on energy infrastructure development in Africa using innovative Deep Learning methods and Satellite Imagery Analysis. Additionally, Hugo Le Picard is a Lecturer at Sciences Po and Université Paris Dauphine, teaching courses related to energy market dynamics and Deep Learning techniques. Previous experience includes co-founding the first NFT-powered sneakers brand, serving as an ambassador for ANAJ-IHEDN, and organizing events related to geopolitics and defense at the University of Paris-Dauphine.
