Mathilde Velliet is a researcher and PhD candidate specializing in American technology policy, with a focus on strategic technology protection against the Chinese threat. Velliet's experience includes working as a researcher in the Technological Geopolitics Program at Ifri, where the emphasis was on American technological policy, and as an intern in the North America program, responsible for article writing and conference organization. Currently, Velliet is a Fellow in the Young Transatlantic Network program at the German Marshall Fund of the United States, concentrating on transatlantic relations.
