David Sanchez Pinsach

David Sanchez Pinsach is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in microservices, Docker, Rust, PHP, and Elasticsearch, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Institut Guttmann since January 2021. Prior to this role, David contributed as a scientific researcher at IIIA-CSIC from October 2018 to August 2020, participating in the Play@Sing project and pursuing a PhD. David's earlier positions include scientific researcher at Institut Guttmann and associate professor at the University of Barcelona, complemented by a range of development roles in organizations such as T-Systems Iberia and Loydis Gifts International. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Universitat de Barcelona.
