Previously, Charlotte excelled as the EMEA Project Manager for Visual Merchandising Development and held roles at L'Oréal, where contributions included managing luxury brand merchandising projects and receiving notable awards for outstanding launches. Charlotte’s background also includes technical product development at Baccarat and process improvement at Parfums Christian Dior. Educationally, Charlotte graduated from IMT Nord Europe with a degree in engineering, specializing in materials and composites.
