Marie Caillat is a skilled editorial professional and educator with extensive experience in art history and translation. L’Institut national d’histoire de l’art (INHA) a été créé en 2001 pour fédérer et promouvoir la recherche en histoire de l’art et du patrimoine. Il a pour mission principale le développement de l’activité scientifique et de la coopération internationale dans ce domaine. Il déploie des programmes de recherche ainsi que des actions de formation et de diffusion des connaissances, au service de tous les historiens de l'art et du grand public. Avec sa bibliothèque, l'INHA met également à disposition un fonds de ressources et de documentation unique au monde en histoire de l'art. Il est placé sous la double tutelle du ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche et du ministère de la Culture.
