Frenot Lea has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Responsable Unité de la Gestion Prévisonnelle des Ressources Humaines at INSEP since December 2014, where the focus is on the proactive management of human resources within the context of ongoing reforms. Previously, roles included RRH at the Mairie de Villeneuve Saint Georges and DRH Adjoint at the Mairie de Sainte Geneviève des Bois, demonstrating a strong background in recruitment, evaluation, and training. Additionally, experience spans several years in recruitment consultancy. Educational qualifications include a Baccalauréat A2 focusing on languages, a certification in competency inventory from Pearson France, and a degree in social psychology from Université Paris Cité, specializing in the effects of hemispheric laterality on dichotic listening.
