Matthijn Vos currently serves as the Head of the NanoImaging Core Facility at Institut Pasteur since December 2018, providing expertise in cryo-EM and consulting on hardware and lab setups. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific from April 2016 to March 2019, where Matthijn Vos focused on worldwide customer enablement through the creation of cryo-EM schools. Matthijn Vos held several positions at FEI Company between March 2008 and March 2016, including Sr. Manager Applications Development Life Science BU and Manager Life Science TEM Nanoport Europe. Additional experience encompasses post-doctoral work at The Netherlands Cancer Institute from 2007 to 2013 and a PhD in Bio-medical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, completed in 2007. Matthijn Vos also holds a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/teaching from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
