Thomas Rolland is a seasoned research assistant with extensive experience in genomic research and bioinformatics. Currently, Thomas is involved with the CRBM Montpellier and Institut Pasteur Paris since April 2024, after serving as a research assistant and research fellow at Institut Pasteur Paris from February 2015. Prior to that, Thomas was a research fellow at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School from April 2011 to December 2014. Thomas completed a Ph.D. in Genome Analysis at Université Paris VI - UPMC and has a solid foundation in bioinformatics with degrees from Université Paris Cité and INSA Lyon. Thomas has contributed to significant research in comparative genomics, particularly on Saccharomycetaceae yeast genomes, and has participated in various internships focused on bioinformatics tools and databases.
