Ciara Boter

Ciara Boter is the People Data & Education Officer at Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC). Ciara has over seven years of experience working in Human Resources and Administrative positions.

Ciara began their career in 2007 as a Técnica en RRHH y Administrativa en Servicios Generales at TECNOCOM. In this role, they were responsible for the daily operations of the training department for 1200 employees. This included managing course registrations, confirmations, attendance lists, certificates, and invoicing. Ciara also coordinated the company's English language course and helped with the selection process for 30 junior programmers.

In 2014, Ciara joined IBEC as the People Data & Education Officer. In this role, they manage the data for all employees, helps with the onboarding process for new hires, and organizes company-wide events.

They are on a team with Geraldine Gaspar - Health & Safety Technician, Neus Vilalta - Talent Acquisition Senior Officer, and Raquel Guillén - Senior Health & Safety Officer. Ciara Boter reports to Carolina Marí, Head of Human Resources.
