Julio Bafaluy

Julio Bafaluy is the current Head of IT at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC). Prior to this, they worked as a Consultor Senior at Altran CIS from January 1997 to December 2010, where they were responsible for projects, functional analysis, and programming. From January 1996 to December 1997, they worked as the Responsable Telecomunicaciones at Object House, where they designed and implemented telecommunications networks for numerous companies.

Julio Bafaluy has a Master's degree in Master en Técnicas de Seguridad Informática. Ciberseguridad from Universitat de Barcelona, a Master in Dirección y Gestión de TIC from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, and an Ingenierio Técnico in Gestión Tecnologías de la información from Universitat de Girona.
