Cathiana Torres

Cathiana Torres, MS, is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in therapy and case management. Currently serving as a Functional Family Therapist at the Institute for Child & Family Health, Inc. since November 2017 and as an Outpatient Therapist at Integrative Counseling & Wellness Center since May 2017, Torres specializes in delivering individual, group, and family counseling for individuals with emotional and mental disturbances. Previous roles include Post Release Specialized Case Manager and Post Release Case Manager at BCFS Health & Human Services, where Torres provided counseling to unaccompanied minors and coordinated essential services. With additional experience as a Clinical Intern, Site Supervisor for an After School Program for Children with Disabilities, and Children Case Manager, Torres brings a comprehensive skill set in assessing client needs and implementing effective treatment plans. Cathiana Torres holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
