Jessica Bleile

Jessica Bleile has been working in the non-profit sector since 2017. Jessica began their career at United Way of Dubuque Area Tri-States as the Director of Community Building & Impact. In 2020, they moved to the Institute for Community Alliances, where they currently serve as the CoC Associate Director.

Jessica Bleile attended Clarke University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Her field of study was Social Work.
