Kim Seitz has a diverse work experience. Kim began their career in 2011 as a Sales Supervisor for The Bear Square. In the same year, they also volunteered for 10,000 Girls, where they facilitated discussion to begin establishing a middle school in the village of Segou, Senegal and worked with teen females to build gardens in their family compounds. In 2012, Kim became a Data Coordinator for RurAL CAP. In 2016, they joined the Institute for Community Alliances, where they held the roles of HMIS Manager, Data Analysis and Reporting, HMIS Report Specialist, and System Administrator.
Kim Seitz completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2011. In 2009, they also earned a Certificate in French Language from Université catholique de l'Ouest.
