James Chrisme Jr

James Chrisme Jr has a wide range of work experience in the facilities and operations management industry. James is currently serving as the Vice President of Facilities at ICL since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Vice President at ICL from June 2021 to July 2022. James also held the position of Director of Facilities and Operations Management at ICL from August 2018 to June 2021.

Before joining ICL, James was the President of JMC Consulting Group, INC. since May 2015. James also worked as the Director of Property Management at M&R Construction Group from September 2017 to September 2018.

Earlier in their career, James worked at Acadia Realty Trust as a Property Manager from January 2012 to July 2016 and as a Building Manager from December 2007 to January 2012. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Director of Operations at Thour Equities from November 2004 to November 2007. James started their career as a Security Coordinator at Albee Square Mall/Thour Equities from December 2001 to November 2004.

From 1997 to 2000, James Chrisme Jr attended New York Technical College Cuny where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
