Kevin Patterson

Kevin Patterson has extensive experience in facilities and property management. Kevin started their career at Brooklyn Academy of Music, where they served as Assistant Director for building operations and facilities management. Kevin then worked at various companies, including SCIENS WORLDWIDE and FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK, as a Facilities Manager, overseeing relocation, space planning, and staff supervision. Patterson also worked at Complete Management Services as the Director of Operations and Director of Property Management, managing day-to-day operations of multiple facilities across the globe. Kevin later joined Thor Equities and held the position of Senior Director of Facilities and Property Management, where they managed a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Patterson also gained experience at Safe Horizon, Tri-State Area, and ICL, where they held senior leadership roles in facilities and property management.
