Rondel D Boodram

Rondel D Boodram currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ICL, where responsibilities include overseeing the Finance, Facilities, and Entitlement Departments since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rondel held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Queens Community House for a brief period in mid-2024, focusing on external fiscal operations and strategic performance enhancements. From September 2011 to February 2024, Rondel served at Women In Need, Inc., first as Chief Real Estate Officer overseeing property management for numerous apartments and later as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer managing Finance, Procurement, Contracts, and Budget Units. Rondel’s earlier career includes various financial roles at 1199 National Benefit Fund from 2002 to 2011 and bookkeeping at Alpha Kappa Alpha DCC from 1998 to 2001. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Finance and a BS in Finance and Financial Management Services from St. John’s University, alongside an A.A.S. in Business Administration and Management from Queensborough Community College.
