Eric Davis has a diverse work experience in various industries. Eric started their career in 1996 as an Information Representative Manager at the Robert C. Byrd Institute for Advanced Flexible Manufacturing. Eric then worked as an Advertising Designer at Cox Target Media from 1997 to 2006. In 2005, they started their own consulting company called EJ Davis Consulting, where they served as the VP and Co-Owner until 2007. Eric joined the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) in 2006, initially as a Researcher and then taking on roles such as Senior Analyst/Writer and Associate Editor. Eric'sresponsibilities at i4cp included writing research reports, articles, blogs, and press releases, as well as providing thought leadership on HR and workforce productivity issues. Currently, Eric is the Creative Director & Senior Editor at i4cp, responsible for designing and producing research assets and developing new products for different media outlets. Eric also edits, writes, and proofs various materials for both internal and external publications.

Eric Davis (he/him/his) attended Marshall University from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in PR & Advertising.
