Bella Ben-Shach serves as the Director of Operations at the Institute for Curriculum Services since September 2020, previously holding the position of Deputy Director. Prior experience includes Program Coordinator at the Community for Jewish Seniors, where responsibilities involved expanding partnerships, developing programs, and redesigning the organization’s website. Previous roles also include Marketing & Content Developer at Dispatch, Interim Associate Director at Hebrew College, and Campus Director at The David Project, among other positions in various organizations. Bella holds a Dual Master's in Jewish Professional Leadership and Israel Studies from Brandeis University and a BA in Integral Liberal Arts from Saint Mary's College of California. Additional education includes courses at Middlebury College and the University of Oxford.

The Institute for Curriculum Services (ICS) is dedicated to improving the quality of K-12 education on Jews, Judaism, Jewish history, and Israel in the United States. We do this by developing standards-aligned curricula and providing professional development to teachers around the country.
