Susan Kardos is a distinguished educational leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, educational program development, and teaching. Currently serving as CEO of the Institute for Curriculum Services since March 2025, Susan also holds the position of Advisory Board Co-Chair at the CASJE George Washington University. Previously, Susan was Chief Strategy & Advancement Officer at The Abraham Joshua Heschel School and Senior Director of Strategy and Education Planning at The AVI CHAI Foundation, where significant contributions included managing a $10M annual spend-down strategy for Jewish day schools in North America. With a rich background in educational research and university-level teaching, Susan's expertise is complemented by advanced degrees from Harvard Graduate School of Education and Brown University, along with a certificate in Non-profit Management from Kellogg Executive Education.
