Arundhati Dave

Arundhati Dave is currently a Research Fellow at the Institute for Employment Studies since March 2023, having previously served as a Research Officer. Prior experience includes working as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from June 2021 to February 2023, and as a Human Resource Management Intern at Timshel Coaching & Consulting in late 2020. Arundhati completed a significant research project as a Student Academic Research Consultant at The London School of Economics and Political Science, focusing on the implementation of performance management systems in global contexts. Additional roles encompass leadership and intern positions in various organizations, including Christ University, Teach For India, Talerang, Aditya Birla Group, and Fortis Hospitals. Arundhati holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Organisations with Distinction from LSE and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore.
