Christian Dye

Research Director at Institute for Energy Technology

Christian Dye has a diverse and extensive work experience. Christian started their career in 1984 as the Deputy Commanding Officer at Norwegian Defence, HTKSØ. Christian then worked as a Senior Scientist at NILU – Norwegian Institute for Air Research for over twenty years, from 1992 to 2014. Since 2014, they have been associated with the Institute for Energy Technology, where they have held various roles including Senior Scientist, Department Head, and currently serves as the Research Director.

Christian Dye has a diverse education history. From 1982 to 1984, they attended the Military Officers School, where they obtained a degree as a Second Lieutenant with a focus on Military Leadership. Following this, from 1986 to 1988, they enrolled in Agder University College, where they pursued a DH-candidate degree in Analytical Chemistry. Finally, from 1988 to 1992, Christian Dye attended the University of Oslo (UiO) and completed a Cand.Scient degree in Analytical Chemistry.
