Stine Strand has extensive work experience in the field of energy technology and digital systems. In 2001, they joined IFE Digital Systems as a Senior Researcher, where they have been working since. In 2019, they took on the role of Department Manager, Control Room & Interaction Design, and in October 2021, they became the Research Director for Human & Organisational Factors at the Institutt for energiteknikk.

Stine Strand holds a Cand.Polit degree in Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Additionally, they completed their Cand.mag degree from the University of Oslo (UiO), although their field of study for this degree is not specified.
