Uğur Halden is currently a Researcher at the Institute for Energy Technology since August 2023. Previously, Uğur served as a PhD Candidate at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from August 2020 to August 2023, specializing in Transactive Energy, with a thesis focused on Electrical Energy Informatics. Uğur has also worked as a Project Engineer at mondas GmbH, where responsibilities included customer project management, fault detection in energy systems, and operational data analysis. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant role at Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems, internships at the University of Stuttgart, Enercon GmbH, and CMS Jant ve Makina San. A.Ş. Uğur completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Energy Informatics at NTNU, a Master's in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Freiburg, and a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gediz University.
