Sharon Lewis

Sharon Lewis is an accomplished Coaching and Program Development Partner at Instincts at Work since October 2014, and a Co-Founder of 100 Women Who Care Guelph. As the owner of Questiam Leadership Development, Sharon specializes in coaching leaders focused on both performance and people. Additionally, Sharon serves as an Executive Coaching Partner at the Institute for Health and Human Potential and is a Coaching and Training Partner at Morneau Shepell. Between June 2007 and June 2012, Sharon was a Faculty Coach at Directed Potential. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology and Consciousness Studies from The Graduate Institute, alongside various certifications in coaching and facilitation from esteemed institutions.
