Kenny Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and human resource management. Currently serving as a Board Member at CPF Board and Deputy Secretary (Workforce) at the Ministry of Manpower, Kenny leads strategies to maximize Singapore's workforce potential. With prior roles including Divisional Director for Manpower Planning & Policy Division and Director of Workforce Strategy & Policy Department, Kenny has successfully managed labor market interventions and developed innovative policies such as the COMPASS system for Employment Passes.
