Gloria Graham MLD, CHPA, CPP is an accomplished professional specializing in public safety, emergency management, and consulting. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert for the Institute for Intergovernmental Research since May 2022, Gloria also holds the position of System Director for Public Safety, PBX, and Emergency Management at Lee Health, overseeing various strategic initiatives in a large healthcare setting. As the Founder and Managing Partner of ISEE Solutions, a minority woman-owned consulting firm, Gloria focuses on risk reduction and violence prevention. Previous roles include Associate Vice President for Safety and Security at the University of Virginia and various leadership positions in law enforcement at institutions such as Northwestern University, The University of Chicago, and Duke University. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Leadership Development from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and advanced studies in race and equity at the University of Southern California.
