Sonia Sangiovanni

Sonia Sangiovanni is the Lead, Digital Policy Tracker at the Institute for Internet & the Just Society. Prior to this, they were an Operations Officer at MFEX from October 2021 to July 2022. Sonia has also worked as a Digital Constitutionalism Researcher at the Institute for Internet & the Just Society from September 2020 to April 2022, where they contributed to the design of multi-stakeholders interviews on the topic of Digital Constitutionalism, and published and edited articles on platform governance, freedom of speech online and EU regulations. Key Achievement: Organised, designed and hosted a panel discussion on online content moderation and freedom of speech with top legal experts. Sonia was also a Public Sector Consultant at Sopra Steria Next from November 2019 to June 2020, and a Student Assistant at Sciences Po from December 2018 to May 2019. Prior to that, they were a Summer Intern at PwC Italy from June 2017 to August 2017.
