Cherylyn Kelley currently serves as the Manager of Building Energy Codes and Policy at the Institute for Market Transformation since January 2022. Prior to this role, Cherylyn held positions at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources as both a Senior Energy Policy Analyst and Energy Policy Analyst from August 2017 to December 2021. Cherylyn also worked as an Energy Specialist at the Missouri Department of Economic Development from August 2016 to August 2017 and gained initial experience as a Sales Associate at Marshalls from July 2014 to July 2017. Cherylyn obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from William Woods University in 2022 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Land Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2015.
