Louise Sharrow currently serves as the Manager of Policy Design and Implementation at the Institute for Market Transformation since June 2023. Previously, Louise held multiple roles at Elevate from 2018 to 2023, culminating in the position of Senior Manager of Research & Innovation. Earlier experience includes positions such as Market Operations Manager and New Markets Initiative Project Lead at Elevate Energy, as well as a Teaching Assistant role at the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Louise earned a Master of Public Affairs with a focus on Policy Analysis from Indiana University and participated in a Master’s semester at Sciences Po Paris, concentrating on environmental policy. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Geography from Macalester College, alongside freelance writing and coordination roles in environmental and educational settings.
