Marshall Duer - Balkind

Marshall Duer-Balkind is the Director of Policy Programs at the Institute for Market Transformation. Prior to this role, Marshall served as an Associate at Introba and as a Principal at Daybreak Climate Consulting, providing energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate planning services. Marshall also held positions at Integral Group and the Department of Energy & Environment, where Marshall focused on developing energy, climate, and resilience plans. Marshall is a Yale School of the Environment graduate with a focus on Climate Change Mitigation and Resilience.
