The Institute for Narrative Practice (INP) develops narrative competence to navigate complexity and transition in organisations and social systems.

At INP, narrative competence is the ability to recognise how shared stories shape how people think, decide and act — and to work with this intentionally. In times of complexity and transition, this competence creates clarity, orientation and new possibilities.

INP is built on three interconnected pillars:

 Structured qualification for professionals who want to work responsibly and competently with narratives in their fields.

We engage where transitions create ambiguity, tension or competing perspectives — and where strengthening narrative competence can support clearer orientation, more coherent collaboration and expanded agency.
