Colby Swettberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and education. Since July 2009, Colby has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Silver Lining Mentoring and is currently a Management Faculty member at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice since September 2019. Prior to these roles, Colby was the Director of LGBTQ Services at The Home for Little Wanderers from July 2001 to July 2009 and worked as a Learning Facilitator at Harvard University from 2005 to 2009. Early career experience includes serving as the Assistant Director at SpeakOut from 2000 to 2001. Colby holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Simmons College, an Ed.M from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware, along with additional studies at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
