Jake Deberry

Jake DeBerry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational transformation, and client solutions. Currently serving as Head of Client Development & Solutions at Mentora since February 2019, Jake specializes in creating inspired organizations through tailored programs and a generative AI platform. As a self-employed consultant, Jake offers expertise in organizational health, culture, and leadership development. Previous roles include Lab Lead at Deloitte's Greenhouse, where innovative business solutions were facilitated, and VP of Corporate Solutions & Sales at the NeuroLeadership Institute, where revenue significantly increased under Jake's leadership. Additional experience includes strategic positions at CEB, Peace Corps, and Southwestern Company. Jake holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
