Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Rescue Cooling Rentals, a company focused on portable HVAC rentals, Matthew also contributes as an Assistant Beekeeper at Hive Riot Honey Company and as an Advisor for Mentora, which fosters leadership development. Previously, Matthew co-founded and led Adonis Auto, a comprehensive automotive finance company, and held a strategic role at United Rentals Inc. overseeing specialty business development. Experience includes a consulting tenure at Bain & Company, where Matthew specialized in risk reduction and operational efficiency in the oil sector, as well as roles at Boart Longyear and Holland America Line. Matthew earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.
