Deborah Moshinsky, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Antibody Characterization & Validation at the Institute for Protein Innovation since January 2024. Prior to this role, Moshinsky held the position of Director of Biology at 1910 Genetics from November 2022 to January 2024. Moshinsky's extensive experience also includes serving as the Director of Global R&D and Managing Director at Prestige Biopharma Group in 2021-2022, and founding and presiding over Cell Assay Innovations from 2011 to 2021. Additionally, Moshinsky worked as a Senior Scientific Consultant at Carna Biosciences during the same period. Previous roles include Head of Kinase Selectivity Screening at Pfizer (2004-2010), Research Investigator at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (2003-2004), and Scientist at SUGEN (1998-2003). Moshinsky earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Immaculata University.
